I work directly with CEOs, CIOs, Transformation Directors, and HR leaders. My approach is practical, honest, and human-centred. I will tell you what I see, not what you want to hear.

Everything shared with Simply Clear — in a discovery call, a diagnostic, a workshop, or a formal engagement — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share it. We do not reference it. We do not use it for any purpose other than helping you.

What this covers

Our confidentiality commitment applies to all information shared with Simply Clear, including details of your organisation's strategy, structure, or challenges; diagnostic results and findings; information about your people, teams, or internal dynamics; documents or materials shared during an engagement; and the existence of an engagement itself, where requested.

Who is bound by this

David D'Roza, Keith Cox, Earl D'Roza, and any specialist practitioners engaged on your work are all bound by the same confidentiality standard. External specialists are briefed on and agree to these obligations before any client information is shared with them.

What we don't do

We do not use client information in case studies, presentations, or marketing materials without explicit written permission. We do not discuss one client's situation with another. We do not store sensitive information beyond the duration of an engagement without your knowledge and consent.

Formal engagements
